Import from CSV files to gallery

peace all
recently we installed g2 as a supplament to our school website.
all works great !!! but the fact that all 2000 students are all ready register on a nother ms app which is able to export all student details ex. date of birth, addr, phone num etc... to an excel or csv file.

our Q is:
is there a way to import all those details from the excel or csv file to the gallery and then add the relevant pics to those pre register details.
