[PGtheme] Author message not appearing when logged out

As the topic says, on the PGtheme when I am logged in there is no problem seeing the author message. Once i log out it disappears.

Whats the problem?

I have this same problem. I updated my author.tpl and i see the updated tpl when logged in, but the old file when logged out. I have uploaded the new file in each place i can find that ever had an author.tpl. Does anybody know how to fix this problem?
