eCard/print permissions

While many other features can be fine tuned to permit specific users or user groups, eCard can only be turned on or off. It would be useful if this feature is managed like vote, if not like fully controled features.

Same with print. But if I only allow unregistered guests to view resized pictures, that's less of a concern.
