Release of dvd-baker modules for testing

I've finally got around to an updated release of dvd-baker
which includes g2 modules for both v2.0 and v2.1 galleries.

Feedback welcome.

Note that dvd-baker runs in a bash shell environment.
ie. Linux, MacOSX or Cygwin.
