are member uploads and a voting system possible?

Hi,
I am looking for a solution to do a board on which members can upload images and where members can vote for each other's images. Like on the threadless submissions page
It's a t-shirt website where users can upload their own designs on a gallery and vote for them.
Is such a thing possible with Gallery?

Sure. Gallery 2 lets you upload images and has a rating module to rate images.
