Gallery2 users not being synched with Joomla user database

Hi,

I'm using Joomla 1.08 and gallery 2.02 with the gallery 2.0.12 and when I try and sync the user databases I get the progress bar but none of the users are imported into the joomla database and I've got all red crosses on the joomla users when I view the G2 user list. Does anyone know why this might happen?

I've now attached a screenshot of what I'm seeing. I press the sync button and everything seems to work but when I return to the user management list it appears that no users have been synchronised.

I'm experiencing the same problem. If I create a user in Joomla, they are not being created at all in G2. But if the user does already exist in G2, it will then synchronize them.

I found options in the configuration to automatically create users in Joomla that exist in G2. Is there such an option to force creation the other way?
