Add message to login page?

I'm setting up a private family album and have set permissions to exclude guests (just removed all guest permissions). So when someone connects, they first end up with the login page. I'd like to put a short welcome message, along with a 'cover' photo or two in there, but I haven't been able to find where to do this. Suggestions?
