Id help out termite just tell me where to start

I thought that I would start a new thread for this topic.

We have some documentation on the codex that is a very good start.
However I think we need to have some "inline" documentation.
I envision a little '?' beside some items in the admin interface. When the user clicks this "?" a popup window will have some documentation and some small screen shots of what the option would do to the map.
I don't think is should be too detailed but a screenshot is important and a link to the codex for more detailed explanations.

What are your opinions?

This is the all idea. It's an awesome way to guide the people throught the module.

It won't be in theis release of the module but for the one right after, it will be the main feature. Dotnature has already propose to help improving the documentation in the codex and I thank him very much for that :-)

Let me tell you it's a LOT of work and it's great if other people can help too.

The base is to get the codex in a slightly better shape and then we can move onto the inline stuff. I totally agree with your suggestion. It'll be great this way.

Thanks !

I re-organized the first page it was getting cluttered, is the test map with the devs/testers on it down I wanted to add it as a link in top as an example.
Next is the duanting module user guide, ill try and clean it up and maybe write a walkthrough when I intall the gallery2.1 version.

Yes the test is down temporarely ... gallery got upgraded to 2.1 and the map module stop functioning ... of course.

The gallery and the information are still there. it's only the map that doesn't appear

THanks again dotnature :D
