[Map Module] custom controls reload page

When using the custom controls and you scroll down to see your map, then use the custom controls, the map reloads as well as moves / changes the map. This behavior makes you scroll down to view the map again.
The reload is unintended behavior.

attached is /tmeplates/ShowMap.tpl that will fix this behavior.

I will make a bug report and attach the file on http://sourceforge.net/tracker/?group_id=152389&atid=784161 as well.
