URGENT!!!!!!!!! $$$$ automatic user creation from shopping cart

Looking for someone that can create a script where a user is automatically created from a shopping cart purchase. I'd like the user to be created, assigned a temporary password, be assigned to a specified group (per the cart). I am willing to pay for someone's time to accomplish.
