what could have happened if im getting Status: 99 (expected: 0) when uploading images? |

It's hard to say what status 99 is. I suggest you follow the directions in FAQ C.2 and post the details of your results here.

i already did several times.
the netpbms are ok. they've been tested by me and my isp. when accessing them via commandline, they work perfectly.
but when uploading images i get different errors.
unable to make thumbnail(0)
invalid image
depending on how the server is configured (my isp tried changing exec_dir, etc.)

I understand that you've tested it. But I want to actually see the results of your tests so that I can try to help you. I need more information. You're the only one who has it.
