I am interested in the contents of this folder? Whats actually in there?
I searched for half an hour but didn't find any clue what the contents are.

The reason is that this folder uses more than 100MB of my webspace... ;)

the thumbnails and resized images are stored in there.
you can't delete it. if you do, g2 regenerates all your thumbnails and resizes and eventually it will use the same diskspace again. just that it had to spend a lot of CPU time to regenerate this, slowing your server down considerably.

I thought that the files in there would be the thumbnails but wasn't shure at all.
