Cannot install Gallery Remote v1.5

Hello...I cannot install Gallery Remote v 1.5 the installation keeps crashing. I had v1.4 installed, uninstalled it then tried to install 1.5. Here is the error:

Windows XP Pro. Also I have tried both the VM version and the no VM version.

I'm not sure it would make a difference, but could you try the .jar version?

Actually I did try that but many of the features like image rotate...and image resize did not work. I can try again can you give me the correct command line to install? Maybe thats how it got messed up.

No, that's expected: the jar version doesn't install ImageMagick (image resize) or jpegtran (rotate). You can install ImageMagick separately.

ahh ok...will give that a shot. Where can I find the ImageMagick (image resize) and jpegtran (rotate) modules for the jar version?

My guess is that the 1.4 install was somehow corrupted. I've reinstalled an uninstalled, any suggestions on how to completely remove it?

Those applications have to be installed on the client machine before running the applet. You'll easily find them with your favorite search engine.

Could you also instruct me on how to completely uninstall 1.4? (i.e. registry updates, etc). I believe there is a curruption with the uninstall that is causing 1.5 to not install.

Also more info on the error I am receiving. I was able to obtain a log of the install by holding down the CNTRL key during the installation. Here is
