Block random style issues

Hey guys,
I did a search for my problem but could not find any in the forums. If there is another post on this issue please let me know.

Anyway, I have a random block embedded within an iframe on my website. I used to have it styled to fit in my right sidebar but with a recent upgrade the style disappeared. I'm pretty familiar with style codes within HTML but where do you put the code?

Also, when you click on it the page refreshes inside the IFRAME instead of the main window; is that possible?.

If someone could help me out it would be greatly appreciated!
