"Add Comment" link below each photo as in G1?

One thing I really miss from G1 is the simple and clean 'Add comment' link at the bottom of each photo in the photo page. I've never programmed a line of PHP code in my life but I guess I'm willing to learn: is there an easy way to add the link that we all had (and loved?) from G1? |

The link is in the sidebar, new comments show up under the photo just like in G1.
