revised from previous service cart integration

Looking for someone to build a Cart with subscription purchasing entrance to Gallery2.0. Instead of Self Registration, the user would have to purchase a subscription to get a new account. The subscriptions would be based on the Group Types (thus matching correct quotas). The signup script would need to check an additional MySql database for usernames, plus have additional fields for user account purposes. Willing to pay for the scripts, Cart needs to be compatible with LinkPOint API and CyberSource (Bank of America) payment processors and provide real-time credit card processing and recurring capabilities. Need complete in 21 days or less. Thanks!
