G2 running on Windows .NET Server 2003 with MySQL 4.0.10 and

I have G2 running on the server accept for 3 problems

1. Error after running the general config
2. Uploading pictures getting uploaded and screen gets blank and when do back in IE the pictures are in the album.
3. Pictures do not get displayed get red X instead. After changing security on files in the album directory the pictures get displayed after a refresh in the browser.

Running on the systeem:

Windows .NET Server 2003 build 3718
PHP 4.3.1
MySQL 4.0.10-gamma
IIS 6.0
ImageMagick 5.5.4-Q8 Win2

Forgotten to mention that i use zipped CSV version of 15-02-2003 from: http://www.fw2.net/files/gallery/

Problem 1 has been solved. the other to problems are there still.

Can you explain what you mean by "screen gets blank"?

Hmm. What kind of security change did you have to make?

2. When i add a item and it's ready with uploading the screen gets white and the following stands in the url http://zon.familie-berg.org/gallery2/main.php?g2_view=core:ItemAdmin&g2_subView=core:ItemAddChildren&g2_itemId=6

And notting happends.

3. Webserver use has full control and the new files that are created don't get the same rights as when i create a file with the explorer in that directory.

Hello bharat,

Also when you go to add a comment to a item and add this and edit the comment and submit it i get the error invalid date and it changes the date to 01 01 1970. but when i did press on the submit button where was standing the date from when i did add the item.

I can't reproduce this problem so you'll have to see if you can debug it yourself and give us any relevant info. Let me know if you come up with anything, and if not I hope that it gets fixed with our incidental changes on the road to alpha.

Hello Bharat,

When i add the group everyone to the image file and give it full controll and press reload in the browers then gallery2 is running normal and i get to see the image.

Also when i then add a file later to the gallery the same happens get emty screen and the album can't bedisplayed then i then put the good security on the image file and do relead i can view the album and the image.

I think there goes something wrong when the file is copyed to the gallerydata directory.

Andre,

I can't reproduce any of the errors you're seeing, so it's very difficult to figure out what's going wrong. I'm going to see if I can get a .NET server installed so that I can see if I can reproduce it (but that may take a while).
