Shutterfly prints, photo name on back, would like EXIF date

I had this issue with Gallery 1... I love how Shutterfly can print text on the back of each photo and it's cool that Gallery inserts the photo name there... but what I'd really like is if there was some customizability to that. For example, how about letting me put the photo's date there as well (or instead?) It could be culled from the EXIF data. This is especially invaluable for parents of babies... so hard to tell which photo was taken when... when arranging the prints into a chronological scrapbook. Manually entering that information is a drag for 50 photos. And so what I'm finding I have to do before uploading, is rename the photos to include the date. It would be great if workarounds like that weren't needed and that the Shutterfly module could include the date or some other text string... Any hope/plans/hack to get this going in Gallery 2? |
