I modified this a little to include a section on the latest photos as well if anyone is interested. Basically the files I edited were:

StatisticsAdminLatestEvents.inc:
StatisticsAdminLatestEvents.inc:
classes/.svn/text-base/StatisticsAdminLatestEventsHelper.class.svn-base:
classes/StatisticsAdminLatestEventsHelper.class:
templates/StatisticsAdminLatestEvents.tpl:

In your statistic plugins/statistic folder you can do this to find these same files:

#grep -r latestAlbums *

Just grab the attached download and unzip into your modules/statistics directory. Make a backup of your before you do unzip these files of course.

If the zip has been removed go to http://flowtoes.com/zips/statistics.zip

Enjoy

Anyone outputting these statistics to a text file? I want to include this output in a monthly email to my site members.

Is there any way of showing the statistics to the public on my main page of the website? There must be some smart way I can make the website fetch the total number of images, albums, users and so on, from the Statistics page in the gallery.

Is it normal that i have only

Cursory
Statistic Value
Number of Items 104
Number of Albums 13
Total Views 1060
Total Users 2

And "Disk Usage"

Where is the most picture viewed stuff others are talking about?

indeed I also have only the below info. According to the module there is more information displayed such as latest events, most viewed album etc. Are we missing something or is this stuff deactivated ?

Quote:
Cursory
Statistic Value
Number of Items 26011
Number of Albums 954
Total Views 243191
Total Users 339

and

Quote:
Disk Usage
Item Size (Reported)
Gallery 13.82 GB
» Albums 12.74 GB (10.42 GB)
» Derivatives 664.75 MB (695.33 MB)
Database 111.91 MB
Total 13.94 GB
Available space

Same thing here.... Just added this Module and wondering why I don't see the rest of the info...

I also only have 2 tabs... Cursory and Disk Usage, with the same info as giorgos above.

The Admin/Statistics page looks nothing like the screenshots from the page below.

What am I missing here?

I figured it out....

You need to download it from the CODEX page:
http://codex.gallery2.org/Gallery2:User_Contributions#Modules

And THAT Module will show a lot more info.

If you get the Module through your Gallery Admin/Plugins/Get More Plugins, it seems to be a completely different and basic Module.

Hi, I'm looking for a statistic module but this one seems doesn't do user statistic (what user see what pictures what day for example)
Could you tell me if this module do that?

Hi dreamkiller,

I did some research on that too.
As far as I know, the statistic module doesn't do that. It seems that Open Web Analytics for Gallery does it, but I never managed to install it. Have a look there : http://gallery.menalto.com/node/46376 maybe you'll be luckier than me.

Then, if you don't need that feature right now, I read that next version of Gallery (2.3) will have statistics features built in.

Cheers,
Benoit
