eCards and 151 - permissions?

I may be missing something in my configuration but I have my Galleries open to view by anyone but only users can add images, comment etc.

However when I enable eCards - anyone can send a card - can I set up the permissions so as only logged in users can send ecards?

Also can I enable eCards for just selected Galleries or does once it is set apply to all galleries?
