G2 tree is in a little flux; be patient

Hey all. I'm doing some major rework on the permission system and other large components to shoehorn in some new capabilities. These include support for Postgres, more complex permission detection, better support for aggregate permissions, database transactions, etc. All good stuff.

Right now I'm about 80% through verifying all the new stuff on MySQL with transactions. When that's good to go I'll do a run through on Postgres to make sure that I've got it all in gear then I'll check another large set of changes in. Hopefully by Friday ('cause I'm out of town with the missus over the weekend).
