Can't Login with Remote

I am unable to connect to my server using Remote. I have tried both versions 1.0 and 0.3 with no luck. I am running XP on my PC. I basically could not get 1.0 to work with XP, it would just hang and would never exit. I downloaded 0.3 and it works fine, but just won't connect. This is the message I get on the status bar at the bottom:

[Login]Error: java.net.ConnectException: operation timed out: connect

I am using Gallery 1.3.3, and it works fine. I can upload images directly to it using it's interface. I just cannot get Remote to work. I am trying to connect to:

http://www.mydomainname.com/gallery

I assume this is the correct path to get to my gallery??

Right URL. However, you may have to use a proxy to connect to the internet. If so, there's a thread in this forum that explains how to do it. Good luck.

Thanks... I am connecting through a proxy (at work) and did fail to mention that. I found the thread that mentions the proxy settings in the LAX file, added the info to that file and now I can connect and upload.
