I wish to moderate contants that my gallery users want to publish, someone knows the best way with Gallery 2?

there's no moderation or approval module yet for g2.

some g2 users have just a single album which they open for uploading for users. then they look at the uploaded stuff and move it to the public area of gallery, or delete it.

no, i don't know of any related work.
but maybe you can vote for a related feature request on http://gallery.menalto.com/sfvote
