Gallery Customization HELP / HIRE

I'm looking for someone to help me, free or for some pay, to fix what I've messed up and finish the customization that I've started. I'm out of time on this and need to finish. The site is something I've done pro bono for a friend so funds are really limited. I don't really think there is a lot to do, I just don't konw the code well enough to make it time efficient.

I want it to eventually look more like the other sections of the site, you can see the attached image. I can give access to the server and and other information anyone needs.
