Wrapping Gallery in a block using Geeklog

if you'll look at my website, www.gvsigmapi.com, you'll see that in every page (e.g. "Our History"), the center text is wrapped in a darker color. Geeklog calls that wrapping in a block. But when i installed Gallery, it doesnt wrap it (http://sptr.valleysource.net/Gallery/index.php), and the text is very hard to read since it is against a much lighter colored background. does anyone have an idea on how to wrap the gallery pages?
