Using patch to upgrade

I tryed to use the patch to go from 2.0 to 2.01 and got several error's
Cause I'm not that used to work with patch files, has it something to do with the beta 3 ? or with permissions on the files ?

this are some error's...

as the download page says, the changed files / patch only work for the final 2.0 release. it doesn't work for any beta or RC.

you need to download the 2.0.1 full package (several MB in size).
