Hello, New here, I hope this is the right place to post. Please feel free to move the post if it's not. I searched the feature requests, and couldn't find this anywhere. Being so new, perhaps I'm missing the info and it *is* somewhere. I wonder if there's an add-on/module to assist me with my situation. I want to use Menalto locally to manage my photos on my PC. So far so good, I was able to install it, run it locally (thanks XAMPP!). I also want to have a "live" install on mydomain.com. But I don't want to have all the photos I have locally displayed on the live site. What I'd really like, is the ability to select particular albums of photos on my local install, several at a time, and have a "sync" function that would send the info to the live install. Is this something anyone has done? Worked towards? Thanks for any and all assistance and information on this topic. |

nice idea, but it's not avalable yet.
you can file a feature request on http://sf.net/projects/gallery/ -> RFE
we already have a XMLRPC module in our queue, it's almost finished.
then you only needed to create a sync module and it could use the XMLRPC module to communicate with the other G2 and transmit data.
