I love this program. It is so easy to set up and use. I don't have to code anything, everything is all menu driven. I can load pics from my laptop and Gallery does all the work. As an entry level PHP coder, I study the code and I'm completely impressed by it. Ya'll have done an awesome job! I am using it on our church site www.apostolictruthcenter.com and our church loves it! I will be donating probably at least $20 bucks to you guys although I think yall are worth much more than that...just all I can afford.

I mean, you guys are giving away software that is every bit as good as something Microsoft charges for..and charges for all updates. This rocks!

thanks again for a great product!

in true humility, I include my feedback here vs creating another thred with likely the exact same title ;)

I'm a complete programming noob., never studied anything like this so coding is way beyond me. I am however a fairly adept computer user/abuser. Installing this G2 was awesome! I even impressed myself by being able to calmly and collectedly remember how to find a free ftp program and upload the *.txt authentication file properly.

I'm even MORE blown away that I can use XP to Publish to the net :) WHAT AN AMAZING INNOVATION you have chosen to incorporate and support-makes noob lives SO EASY!!!

I'm also very impressed that you can add folders from within the publish to the net window-facilitates the process as I find doing it online is verrrrry slow :(

I've started to see how customized some people have made their galleries and I'm dying to reach that stage (probably won't happen lol).

Can you have streaming video in your galleries? I noticed there's a video module...does that do it?
Anyway., WELL DONE G2 coders.

Thanks bubble.tea :)
Feel free to start a new topic to ask questions about streaming video, thanks.

Well, rrlevron and bubble.tea are right on the spot.

I like the way the modularity of the gallery makes it to use by people with every level of software skills. If your a programming newbie just install the default gallery with maybe an extra theme. But if your a php buff, you have a solid framework to create whatever you can imagine.

In short, 'Gallery' is intuitive, easy to install, easy to customise, easy to maintain and very, very free.

compliments

Hi! I just found this wonderful software by chance and this is what I have been looking for since I started looking for a new gallery prog. Thx very much and I am currently starting to build up gallerys for my websites http://www.nurido.at/ and http://www.pressemeldungen.at/.

Greetings from Austria & keep on developing!
