I have been writing a user document for our local install of Gallery, and have come across a number of inconsistancies in regards to punctuation, capitalization, and spelling of Gallery-centric terms. A specific example, such as the term "Microthumbs" comes to mind. If you go to the Properties section of Gallery and select Microthumbs, you find it spelled the following ways (see attached photo): Microthumbs Writing documentation makes it difficult, as there is no clearly standard way of saying microthumb. There are a number of other inconsistancies throughout the settings that should be reviewed for spelling, grammar, and such. I would be glad to make a list of these as time permits and submit them to the Gallery team. I welcome others to do so as well. A polished product can do wonders! My install is Gallery 1.5.1.

Great, pkarjala. Feel free to open a new page on the codex (http://codex.gallery2.org) and record any such issues there.

Hello pkarjala,
this sounds good.
Tell me, if you will make a Page on codex.gallery2.org, or if you prefer another way.
I will implement those things immediately into Gallery 1.5.2-cvs (developer version)

I will set up a page on the codex and start recording things there.
Do you prefer screenshots, or will descriptions be okay?

Textual descriptions is probably fine, makes it easier to search for the text in the codebase as well ;-)

Page has been created at http://codex.gallery2.org/index.php/Gallery1:Standardizing_Text
At this time there are only a few things there, and the page is currently not linked from anywhere else (I wasn't certain of a good location to link it from).
