Search Module Improvement Ideas

I was working on applying the PGtheme to my website and noted that the search module page sticks out like a soar thumb and is rather ugly.

Instead of displaying results as it currently does, I think the search module should return a "Smart Album" when you search for something. This album would look and behave exactly like a normal album and would contain your search results. This would solve the issue of integrating the search page into the the,e.

Get rid of the ugly search page with all its ugly check boxes (there is an 'advanced search' option for people who want that stuff) and just give me a nice, integrated into the theme, selection of results.
