Add new albums to beginning of main gallery w/ manual sort on

when you set manual sort for albums, any new albums added are sent to the back of the gallery and then have to be moved to the front. Of if you set the sort to date created you can have new added to the front but you can't rearange albums' order... is there a happy medium, where new albums created are added to the front and you can change the albums order arround to suite your needs?? |

I have the same problem to, if i set the sort album, it seems that the new albums go still back in stead the front of the albums. |

hmm, i don't think you can that would be a feature request. but the request sounds reasonable. please file it on http://sf.net/projects/gallery/ "option to add new items at the beginning of album. something like that. |

Do you mean that the option is not added? that we have to play with the albums everyday? |

it adds new items to the end by default. if you add a lot of new items to existing albums and need manual sort order, yes, then this "new items first" feature is not available. |

Yeah, i tried making adding to beginning as default by date created but then you can't manually sort them... whats needs to happen is that one can work with another rather then have to overwrite the other. |
