Installation complete, but I can't login or do anything w/ the gallery without getting errors.

The following information is required to get an answer:
Get this information from the PHP diagnostic (in the configuration wizard).
Gallery URL (optional but very useful): http://www.rabcoproducts.com/gallery2
Gallery version: Gallery 2.0
Apache version: Windows NT localhost 5.0 build 2195
PHP version (don't just say PHP 4, please): 4.3.0
Graphics Toolkit: gd
Operating system: Windows XP
Web browser/version (if applicable): IE 6.0

The installation is complete, but I can't login to the gallery admin, and if I click on anything, I get this error:

Any help that anyone can provide is much appreciated, thank you!
