Can't Access Site Admin

	I can't seem to access the Site Admin Link anymore on my site! I have tried multiple computers attempting to login however after logging in the Site Admin link does not appear. It seems as if I am not logging in correctly as LOGIN still shows on the screen.. I am using PGTheme - but cannot login to switch the theme back to say Matrix. 	if it shows the login link, you're not logged in, period. so you enter admin / password in the login form, click login and you don't get any message "wrong username/password", but you're not logged in either? already cleared your cookies in your browser?
