New verison of Simple module (for easy uploads and editing)

If the user already has permission to edit the album where they are adding photos, they will automatically get permissions. If it is a shared album where you don't want users to have edit permission, you need to a way to add permissions to new items. I usually recommend Downloads / User Contributions / Assign Permissions module. Look at the source code and see if you can figure out how it works, then you can adjust permissions as desired for new items.

I followed the procedures in this:

but I still cannot get the delete features to work. How can registered users delete their own pictures. Right now, every registered users can delete .
Any assistance /tip will be appreciated.
I am using the latest gallery version 2.2.3
