question on features

Hi,

I'm wondering if I can do the following with gallery... If I have a "master" album, can I then create nested albums, each of which have their own administrator with a password, via a script?

And if so, can I restrict access to the individual administrators so that they can only see their own albums (and any nested ones below that)?
