I need a GOOD Web/Shell Provider

	I love the gallery program, but my provider right now sucks. I would like a shell/web service that will run gallery 100% flawlessly. I have such a headache from trying to get mine to work that I want to smash my hand through the monitor....its not gallery thats the problem its the POS isp i am using. Please please please any suggestions for good isp's. Thank you!! Mike
