Altering table/border colors

I know there's proably some simple answer to this that I'm overlooking, but I want to customized the table/border colors at the top and bottom of my gallery at gallery.weasleynetwork.org, but I'm not sure what to edit to change them from black to another color. And is there a way to customize a box/table around each album on the main page.
