Gallery and PHPSUEXEC

Hi,

I try to rerun the Configuration Wizard on a PHPSUEXEC server but i get this Warning: "Serious Warning !

The exec() function is disabled on your server. Gallery will not function with this PHP configuration." and I cant follow.

I've installed gallery on a PHPSUEXEC before so i don't know what could be this problem.
Any help will be great!

Apache version: 1.3.33
PHP version (don't just say PHP 4, please): 4.3.11
Graphics Toolkit: ImageMagick
