Can I move the actions and navigatin links to be above the gallery in the matrix layout. If so what file would I edit? I am trying to use 247broad theme from mamboteam.

I would also like to know how to remove this instance of the random block since it is already seen in the module.

@random block:
go to site admin -> random / popular and uncheck all block checkboxes.
@other issue: that's a css problem.
