Duplicate albums with Gallery Remote

I accidentally created duplicate albums whilst creating a couple of new Albums with gallery remote. And now both the original and the duplicate are showing up as empty.

A quick look at the data directory and I can see the images are still there - and there appears to be an extra directory there too. So in album "1234", there will a subdirectory "1234". However, as I'm not willing to attempt to replicate the problem atm I'm not sure it's related.

It also looks like it's down to the photo.dat files being trounced.

Renaming one of the duplicates changes the album directory, then it seem like the other thinks it's album #1. So If I'm not careful I could endup deleting things I didn't intend.

I'm fairly certain I can fix things, but I think users of Gallery Remote shoud bewarned to pay attention.
