punBB integration

Hello,

Has anyone looked into integrating G2 with punBB? If so, I would like to know how to do that.

Right now I'm running a phpBB + Coppermine solution. PhpBB is so damn mainstream, and I'm fed up with Coppermine, so I thought I should try something new. PubBB became the obvious BB choise, and G2 seems nice. Not as lightweight as punBB, but I guess it will do. :P

Anyway, can I integrate punBB with G2 by myself? I read throu some EMBEDDING file in docs/, but didn't get much sense out of it (I's 4 AM afterall, and my english skills may be a bit insufficient).

Do you known about any other BB/forum integration solution that I can take a look at? punBB should not differ from other boards that much, some field names in the user database and things like that at most, I think.

Btw, maybe I wasn't really clear about what I really want to do. So; I want G2 to use the same user and group database as punBB.
