howto add '#start' to the 'Next Photo' Link

I need to add "#start" to the end of the 'Next Photo' link, so that the user dont have to scroll down every time. I have been looking around some, but i cant seem to figure out where the link is written toe the html. Anyone got some tips for me? Thanks! :D |
