Disable > New Album > Parent Album > Gallery Main P

I succeeded in installing the standalone 1.5

Now what I'd like to Really do is force users to create a new gallery, even returning users. But barring that, is there a way to disable or other wise prevent users from uploading to the gallery main page?

Here's the issue:

I create a site for a school photo contest, I'll create users because believe it or not, at first I don't want anyone to see the other photos and secondly the steps required for these users to create, name, set permissions is just to much for them and I'm afraid they won't be able to use it.

So I want to be able to create an album called "Contest" that can't be seen by anyone but the admin, at first. Then using Gallery Remote the students will connect to the gallery and Only see the album "Contest". Not Gallery Main Page.

They will then choose "New Album" in Remote and create their sub-album in "Contest" and upload their photos.
