Is it that it can't find ImageMagick or that ImageMagick is.

Ok, maybe I'm just crazy or maybe I'm completely blind but I have been seeing the same error a lot of other people have and want to be sure that there is nothing I've configured wrong on my side. GR works fine if I upload one file at a time but the minute I try to perform a batch upload this is the error I see:

"An optional part of Gallery Remote, ImageMagick, could not be found or is malfunctioning. Gallery Remote will not be able to resize images before uploading them, and loading thumbnails and previews will be much slower. You can find out how to fix this by going to this page:

Gallery Remote Known Problems"

I have verified everything is in place, here are all of the relevant specs:

OS: Debian 2.4.18-bf2.4 (Woody)
Gallery Version 1.5 (just downloaded and installed it yesterday)
ImageMagick Version 5.4.4

I cannot find any error log for GR and I have looked everywhere.
I have successfully uploaded pictures using the form version of the upload manager this only happens when using the Java app.
I know I answered the question regarding where ImageMagick is installed correctly as this is how I wound up with an earlier version of this software than I really wanted.
The initial system check says that it finds everything it needs to install.

Anyone? Any Ideas? I have a lot of pictures to send to the server and I want to be sure that everything is working like it is supposed to.

Thank-you.
