PHPBB integration

I managed to use the snailsource mod to integrate gallery with phpbb with the use of the modules.php file. Now, I am trying to use the modules file or the code inisde it rather to include gallery into a completly seperate page, which I also managed to get working but the only problem is that all the links in gallery link back to the modules.php file. Whats the easiet way to modify these links to point back to the other seperate page?
