Hello, (please excuse my poor english) i have some installations Gallery 1.5 + Mambo 4.5.2.1 ob Debian/Apache... I found an issue and i was able to retrace it in another installation: My current test installation: Mambo included: http://hotzimambotest.no-ip.org/index.php?option=com_gallery&Itemid=26 Standalone: http://hotzimambotest.no-ip.org/gallery1/index.php 1.) I login in the standalone gallery, create an album: Permissions shown in standalone: owner:admin its the same when i use gallery remote. But the albums are not working like everybody is the owner ;-) 2.) I create the new album in mambo: Permissions shown in standalone: owner:nobody I used german environment. Could please someone tell me if the problem occurs on other installations? Best regards Hotzi |

Gallery is not made to be run both embedded and standalone at the same time. You will have permissions problems, and if you change permissions in one of them, you risk deleting the permissions set in the other.
Owners will be screwed up because they're referencing accounts that don't exist in standalone, and the same for embedded.
