Changing the initial Thumbnail for an Album?

When creating a new album, the high level thumbnail used to access the album is usually the first picture that is uploaded. Is there anyway that this thumbnail can be changed afterwards.

I've gone through all of the various options and can't find anything that will enable me to do it and I do not particularly want to delete and recreate the album.

go into the album, click on an item's actions and select "make highlight".
