show last 5 uploaded images on other page

Hello,

I am new to the Gallery, and I love it. I've got a stock photo gallery on my site, and Gallery is perfect for it.

But I want to show the last 5 uploaded images on my homepage, instead of my gallery. I do not use mambo or whatever, just my own coded CMS.

Is this possible? I did a search on this forum, but it's so enormous, i didn't find anything rather useful.

For an example what I like to accomplish, visit my testpage. At the top where the 5 @ are, I want 5 images to show...
