Random-block not random?

I have installed gallery 1.5, and the random block works to the point that it displays an image - both standalone and in Mambo.

However, the image is always the first image in the first album. I currently have a single album, with 3 images in it.

I installed gallery yesterday - is the randomizer time-based? If so, where do you control that?

Thanks

It's probably just "luck" with that few images. The odds are 1 in 3, after all.

If you just recently added the images, you could delete your random block cache file and let it rebuild, otherwise it will occur after 24 hours (or the value you specified in the config wizard).

Ah, that is it - it has been less than 24 hours since installation. I changed the $gallery->app->blockRandomCache parameter to two minutes, and it is doing fine.
-edit-
I also deleted the cache files too.

How do I change the blockRandomCache? I looked inside the block-random.php file, but I don't see where I change it.

Can you give me a hint thanks!

In recent version of gallery, its simply found in the G1 config.php I think?
