and nothing happens. The popup just stays open.
This is a few days after the upgrade from 1.4* to 1.5, and the first time I tried the FORM upload after the upgrade.
Also can't even change captions text on existing images. or reorder or move. It freezes with a blank popup.
Puttting Gallery in Debug mode doesn't give me any info either!
About the only thing I can do is login and view the albums.
I have not done anything wrong during the upgrade process, did exactly as I was told on this site and in the documentation, and the diagnostics say everything is up to date etc.
OK, I found out part of the problem:
Awstats, stats and stats.php and the Alias /css/ for awstats.
I had to disable css alias for awstats,
and had to change the /stats entry for awstats,
since the stats.php would conflict with that in the
docroot of the same VirtualHost container.
Still, the images can't be uploaded...

Probably not useful for you anymore but it might help someone else. I had the same problem, it used to work fine but I dont know why it started giving me trouble. What I did to fix it was that when you make a new album, go to the ftp and change the pictures folder read/write attributes to 777 (check all the boxes). Then you can add the pictures
